The problem with generic advice
Generic AI advice won't save your job.
Every “Top 10 AI skills” article gives the same answer to a CFO, a copywriter, and a customer success lead. That's useless. Your role has its own task mix, its own tools, its own exposure to AI — and your learning plan should too.
You're not at risk of being replaced. You're at risk of being out-leveraged by peers who learn to direct AI faster than you do.
Rolespan reads your actual CV, identifies the tasks AI is already automating in roles like yours, and matches you to the specific videos that close yourgaps. Not the average professional's gaps. Yours.

Foundations
What this is and why it matters for your role. 8–10 minutes per video.
Applied
A live demo in real tools, plus one experiment to run in your job this week. 12–15 minutes.
Lead
Take the skill team-wide. Set policy, build process, become the AI-fluent person in the room.
Pick how you want to pay.
Both plans give you the same analysis and the same library. The free CV analysis is, and stays, free.
Less than one therapy session, one steakhouse dinner, or one month of LinkedIn Premium.
Built for your role, not the average one.
Your CV, not a generic role.
The analysis reads your actual responsibilities, tools, and seniority — not just your job title. A marketing manager at a 12-person startup gets a different report than one at a 12,000-person enterprise.
Ranked by impact on you.
Top skills are ordered by AI-relevance for your specific task mix, weighted by what gives you the biggest defensive edge. Not alphabetical. Not popularity-sorted.
Skills matched to videos.
Every recommended skill is backed by a video that closes it — with a real demo in real tools and one experiment to run in your job this week. No dead-end advice.
Open about what we can't see.
Every analysis ends with what it doesn't cover — your company's AI strategy, salary implications, whether your manager rewards AI-fluency. We don't pretend to read the future.
Frequently asked
Common questions, honest answers.
Is the analysis really personalized, or is it a template with my name on it?
The score, task breakdown, top-five skill gaps, and the twelve videos in your curriculum are all generated from what's actually on your CV. If you re-uploaded as a different role, you'd get a different report. The structural framing (verdict format, “what we can't see” section) is templated.
We publish our methodology in full — read it before you trust the analysis, not after.
Why is the lifetime plan only $39?
Because that's a fair price for what you get. We're not running a fake $999 anchor to make $39 look like a bargain — we don't think that pattern belongs on a product aimed at professionals making real career decisions.
The price is the price. Same in October as it is today.
What's the difference between monthly and lifetime?
Both plans give you the same access — the analysis, the personalized roadmap, the videos, and quarterly re-analysis. The only difference is how you pay.
Monthly ($19) is best if you want to try it before committing. Lifetime ($39) is best if you know you'll watch more than two months' worth. After month two, lifetime is cheaper. That's the whole math.
Is the AI exposure score scientific?
It's directional, not deterministic. The score is computed from a rubric that weights your role's tasks by current AI capability (drawing on public benchmarks like OECD task-exposure data and OpenAI's GPT impact research), weighted by frequency in your CV.
It's a meaningful read on your relative exposure compared with similar roles. It's not a prediction of when, or whether, you'll be replaced — nobody can promise that, and we don't pretend to.
What happens to my CV after I upload it?
Your CV is processed to generate your analysis and then stored only against your account so you can re-run it later. It's never sold, never shared, never used to train models. If you delete your account, we delete the CV.
Who are the video instructors?
Five presenters, each owning one cluster. Every presenter actually works in their domain — the marketing-output cluster is taught by a working senior marketer, the data cluster by a working analyst, and so on. No AI-generated voiceovers, no stock instructors.
What if I'm not satisfied?
30-day refund, no forms, no friction. Reply to any email from us and we'll process it. We'd rather you leave easily and tell people we were fair than feel stuck and tell people we weren't.
Is there a certificate?
No. We considered it, and decided we don't want to be in the business of issuing credentials that recruiters don't recognize. The value here is the analysis and the skills — not a badge.
